Township of Carlow/Mayo Administration Department is responsible for financial matters including accounting, record keeping, preparing Council agendas and minutes, implementing Council direction and initiatives, website management, elections, communications, by-laws, budgeting and reporting.
The Clerk's Department is the corporate office for the Township of Carlow/Mayo and the holder of the corporate seal. All official corporate business is processed through this Department.
The Clerk-Administrator is responsible for the overall operation and administration of the municipality. The keeper of Council's corporate business records and documents and responsible for the administration of all minutes, by-laws and to establish administrative policies, practices and procedures to implement Council's decisions.
Fulfill all statutory duties of Deputy Treasurer. Execute the full powers and duties of the position, in the absence of the Treasurer.

The Treasurer is responsible for handling all of the financial affairs of the municipality on behalf of and in the manner directed by the Council including the implementation of procedures for acceptable practices required by the Township auditor, accountability of all township funds in relationship to policies and procedures, annual budget and the duties for the collection of taxes.
Fulfill all statutory duties of Deputy Clerk. Execute the full powers and duties of the position, in the absence of the Clerk.
