Delegations
If an individual(s) would like delegation status for a Council Meeting they must contact the Clerk. All documents related to the delegation status must be submitted to the Clerk no later than 5:00 p.m. on the Wednesday prior to the Council Meeting date. This allows Council members time to review all documents before Council Meeting.
What is an In-Camera Session?
Municipal Councils, must meet behind closed doors on occasion to deal with certain matters. For example, if a municipality is being sued or dealing with a labour relations issue, then it is appropriate that they be able to do so at an In-Camera Session.
